Banana Bread

Ingredients:

  • bananas (small)3
  • ground hazelnuts (or almond powder) 50 g
  • butter (+ extra) 124 g
  • eggs 3
  • sugar 125 g
  • flour 200 g
  • baking powder ½ bag
  • lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • salt 1 pinch

Preparation:

  1. Butter a cake tin, then sprinkle it with hazelnut (or almond) powder. Book. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
  2. Whisk together the butter and sugar until you obtain a frothy mixture.
  3. Put a pinch of salt in the egg whites and beat them until stiff. Incorporate the yolks one by one into the butter / sugar mixture. Whisk until you obtain a frothy mass.
  4. Mix the flour, baking powder and hazelnut (or almond) powder. Sift everything over the butter / sugar mixture. Mix to obtain a very smooth paste.
  5. Crush the flesh of the bananas. Add the lemon juice. Incorporate everything into the dough.
  6. Carefully incorporate the snow whites into the preparation.
  7. Pour the batter into the mold. Smooth on the surface. Cook for 45 minutes. Unmold and let cool on a rack.
